Free Shipping

We offer complimentary FedEx delivery on all memorial urns throughout the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. 

Processing Time

Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped within 1-2 business days. 

Each of our memorial urns is carefully inspected and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Standard shipping typically takes:

  • 4-7 business days for delivery after shipment
  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier schedules
  • Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery times
  • Express delivery options are available at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress and estimated delivery date.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including:

  • All 50 states
  • Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO military addresses

Please note: We cannot ship to P.O. boxes for certain oversized items. A physical street address is recommended for all orders.

Packaging

Due to the handcrafted and delicate nature of our mango wood urns, each piece is carefully wrapped and packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit. We take great care to ensure your memorial vessel arrives safely.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either through a replacement or full refund.

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members
  2. Verify the delivery address in your order confirmation
  3. Contact the carrier using your tracking number
  4. Contact us if you still cannot locate your package

International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping.
