Our Intention

Choosing an urn for your loved one is not a light task. It carries weight.

We are Soo and Chris, two friends with a deep appreciation for well-crafted objects made with intention.

Through our own experiences of loss, we've felt how the final chapters of someone's life can become defined by suffering, procedures, and logistics. Those last memories can remain cold and heavy, even when the person we knew was warm and full of life.

We wanted to create something more personal. Something that brings the focus back to the person, rather than the process of dying. Something that reminds us who they were and what they meant to us. Something that can be touched, prayed over, cried beside, laughed with, and lived with.

That's why we started Afterlife Vessel.

Our urns are handcrafted from natural mango wood and marked with timeless symbols, blooming flowers, shining light, or multi-faceted diamonds, that carry a quality of the person we loved. They sit quietly near windows, among plants, or in spaces of reflection. Over time, they become part of a family's emotional journey as quiet companions.

Someone once said, Grief is love that has lost its destination.

It comes in waves. Heavy some days, quiet others. It takes whatever form it needs to take, and there's no rushing through it.

We hope our work creates a place where your love can rest peacefully. And perhaps a gentle companion through your journey.
